Case Study: Building a Complete Brand Campaign with AI — NovaCraft Coffee

How we created a full marketing campaign — hero images, social videos, brand narration, and ad copy — for a fictional coffee brand using only ImageLayer's AI widget.

NovaCraft is a fictional artisanal single-origin coffee company. For this showcase, we treated it like a real launch: we needed hero imagery for the homepage, short-form video for social feeds, a polished brand voiceover, and tight marketing copy. In a traditional production workflow, that stack typically means hiring a photographer, a videographer, a voice actor, and a copywriter — each with their own calendars, revisions, and invoices.

We built the entire campaign inside ImageLayer instead — four output modes from one widget: image, video, audio (text-to-speech), and text — so stills, motion, voice, and copy all ship from the same surface.

The brief

NovaCraft sells small-batch, single-origin coffee with a premium-but-warm positioning. The campaign had to feel editorial and tactile: wood grain, steam, copper, morning light — not generic stock energy.

What a traditional stack costs

A rough traditional budget for comparable assets might look like this:

Asset 2: Social media video (Video mode)

Next, a short brand teaser for social — a cinematic latte-pour hero shot that reads as premium in under ten seconds. We wanted real barista motion — hands, milk stream, art forming — so we went with a direct text-to-video generation rather than animating a static still. Settings: 8 seconds, 720p, 12 credits.

When the scene needs motion that defines the shot — hands, pouring liquid, steam — text-to-video often delivers more realistic results than animating a static still. The model gets to decide the physics frame-by-frame instead of trying to warp a frozen image.

Asset 3: Brand narration (Audio mode)

For audio, we used Charon (Informative) with Gemini 2.5 Flash TTS — a clear, confident read that fits a premium food-and-beverage story without sounding theatrical. Cost: 1 credit.

Use the read as-is for a reel VO, homepage hero with captions, or a short brand sting — same script you would hand talent.
